Hello and thank you for looking at my profile! Day to day life can be difficult at times and most of us can benefit from the support and help of psychotherapy during challenging periods. I am a highly experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist and work with adults, young people and couples on a wide range of difficulties. I work by integrating a number of approaches to provide each of my clients with a therapeutic experience which is unique to them and their individual needs.
My experience allows me to work with confidence on issues such as anxiety, panic, low mood, obsessions including intrusive thoughts, self-esteem and the many other difficulties which we can encounter. Although you may feel that you are alone in your experiences, this is very unlikely and together we can build a better understanding of your difficulties.
It is natural to feel anxious about meeting a therapist and it is important to me to provide a kind and non-judgmental environment where we will work at your pace.
