I know that no matter what you have been through, no one has experienced it in the way that you have or feels the way you feel. I understand that we are all individual and I want to help you in this process, to understand your feelings and to remember who you are and want to be.
For 9 years I have sat with clients who have brought their deepest insecurities, somethimes feeling that their problems are "silly" or not serious enough for therapy, whilst others have been struggling to stay above water. With me, you will feel heard and know that you can be your true self. I am here to help facilitate you in your journey, In your way.
I am a person-centred counsellor, continuing my professional development with a degree in integrative therapy. I have a background in support work and mentoring and I have spent many years working in mental health, with a variety of clients both adults and children. If you are struggling, you are not alone.
