I understand that life's trials and tribulations can have an effect on your daily life. You try to carry on but with each passing day, your problems still seem to travel with you. Your troubles may have taken form as depression, anxiety, stress, shame, self-criticism, relationship issues and more. Sharing what you're carrying can feel intense and together, we'll uncover what is weighing on you, to develop your self-awareness and inspired change. I offer a sensitive, holding and intuitive atmosphere.
I'm a qualified and experienced Humanistic Counsellor. My approach is holistic which means I'll tentatively tune into the complications you bring from a mental, emotional and spiritual perspective. I also include Tarot cards in my work, as I believe Tarot offers a unique opportunity of deep introspection, heightens your sense of self and builds autonomy.
I offer a free 20-minute assessment via phone call. This is so I can get to know a bit about you and what brings you to therapy. If you feel you would like to have your therapy sessions with me, we'll arrange a date and time for therapy to commence. We'll have review sessions every 6-8 sessions to reflect on your hopes for therapy and self discoveries.
