As a qualified Integrative Counsellor and registered BACP member , I aim to create a relaxed, welcoming, and safe space where you can talk openly and feel supported. Taking the first step towards counselling can feel difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re struggling with overwhelming thoughts or feelings, or finding it hard to be yourself, counselling can offer a safe space to talk. Our sessions are shaped around you and what you bring. I don’t follow a set plan or decide in advance what we’ll work on. Instead, I listen carefully and we explore whatever feels most important for you at the time.

I work in an integrative way, meaning I tailor our sessions to you and your individual needs. Whether your concerns come from past experiences, present challenges, or both, we’ll explore them together at a pace that feels right for you. I offer a confidential, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood.

Payment Methods

Bank transfer

Sessions are £50 and last 50 minutes. Payment is made in advance to confirm your booking. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice, so the space can be offered to someone else. Appointments cancelled with less notice will be charged at the full fee.
