I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with nearly twenty years of experience supporting adults, children, and young people across NHS and private settings. I offer thorough psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy in both English and Polish for a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental difficulties. I specialise in helping adults with OCD, anxiety disorders (including panic attacks, social anxiety, and health anxiety), phobias (including dental phobia), and misophonia. I draw on CBT, ACT, CFT, psychodynamic, and systemic approaches, adapting therapy to your individual needs and goals.
As a child and adolescent psychologist, I also work with parents seeking support for their children and young people with anxiety,OCD, behavioural difficulties, autism, and learning disabilities. I offer a calm, containing space where young people and families can better understand their challenges, build coping skills, and create meaningful change together
