| Polski I am a qualified integrative counsellor ,CBT psychotherapist working towards accreditation and a EFT couples therapist . I work mainly in the humanistic approach, and I also use elements from other approaches such as CBT (cognitive-behavioural therapy) or psychodynamic therapy, which allows me to choose optimal therapeutic strategies for each client individually. The values on which the humanistic approach is based, such as empathy, respect, authenticity and perception of values in every human being, are very close to me. I firmly believe that being truly understood, heard and accepted the way you are can change our lives.
My goal in therapy is to create a supportive atmosphere in which you feel that you can share difficult experiences with me. It is very important for me to help you contact your emotions and values and to help you find strength and motivation to put your goals into practice. I offer a non judgmental and safe space .
Life experience resulting from many years of living abroad, as well as experience in working with clients in various organisations, allowed me to understand the emigration process and its impact on the relationships. In therapeutic practice, it is important for me to focus on the resources and strengths of the client and help in finding them.
