I am a counselling psychologist who works integratively with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person's unique needs and circumstances.
I have experience supporting adults with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, interpersonal dynamic difficulties, low self esteem, identity issues, and stress related to work and life challenges. I have a special interest in supporting clients during the perinatal period, and those with ADHD or autism.
