Specialist Trauma & Relational Recovery Healing is not just about moving past the pain; it is about reclaiming the parts of yourself you thought were lost. I work with adults who find themselves at a breaking point—whether triggered by a relational breakup, a career meltdown, or the resurfacing of childhood trauma. Traditional talk therapy has its limits. As a Dramatherapist, I offer a creative, embodied path to healing.
