My approach to therapy is psychodynamic, drawing from the unconscious processes of the psyche along with looking at how the past can influence the way we act in the present. Many factors from our varying past experiences can form how we deal with situations and difficulties in the present. I aim to provide clarity and awareness, easing the way forward.
Starting therapy can be daunting as you might be unsure of what to expect, this is normal, it takes time for trust to develop. You will not be told what to do but I will effectively guide you in making your own choices.
