I am an accredited, experienced psychodynamically trained psychotherapist/counsellor with some additional CBT training, that could offer you a confidential and non judgemental setting where we can work through any personal or relationship issues. You may be considering a short term focused therapy or some longer term psychoanalytic therapy?
I specialise in working through relationship issues, looking at negative thought and behaviour patterns that might be causing emotional pain or discomfort and help identify new ways of finding solutions to problems
