I work with people who are navigating the complexities of mid-life. Typical clients may be experiencing life as new parents, as wives, husbands, partners, career professionals, or they might be embarking on mid-life changes like separation, all of which can be extremely complex and challenging.
People reach to me because of my experience as a career professional, my training as a family mediator, my status as a divorcee and single mother and my unique approach to therapy, one which puts empathy and connection at the forefront of all I do.
I have particular expertise in relationship dynamics and issues, and couples therapy. However I work with many people who are navigating a wide range of personal struggles using humanistic, integrative and systemic approaches together with my deeply connected ethos which forges meaningful and productive relationships with my clients.
