Perhaps you're feeling low or anxious - maybe you're struggling with decisions about the future of a relationship or feel stuck and unhappy with the life you are leading. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. I work with adults and young people from all works of life. My specialisms include adults with anxiety and low self-esteem, trauma-related difficulties, depression and low mood, bereavement and loss, and relationship and attachment difficulties. I also specialise in working with young people aged 15-18 experiencing anxiety and attachment issues.
I am a pluralistic psychotherapist, meaning I work uniquely with traditional evidence-based psychological therapies in a relatable and compassionate way. I combine person-centred therapy, relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, grounding and mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
Spending time with a therapist you can trust allows you to be open about your feelings and thoughts and build a valuable understanding of yourself and why you may think or feel the way you do.
