Hi, I’m Moira, a BACP-registered integrative counsellor. I work with adults, young people, and neurodivergent individuals, offering a calm, supportive space where you can be yourself — no pressure, no judgement. I support clients with a range of issues including anxiety, masking and burnout, emotional regulation, low mood, self-esteem, and navigating identity and relationships. I can help you unpick your feelings and understand them.
