I am qualified and experienced in working with Adults, Children & Young People.
I have a particular interest in bereavement, loss & grief. This can come from various life events including the death of a loved one; the ending of a relationship; the loss of self or independence through illness, disability or caring for another; and even changes to your career, status, role etc.
Everyone is unique and individual with different experiences and I tailor each session to your personal needs. Counselling can help bring clarity & change to your situation.
