Hi, I'm Moeez, a qualified integrative therapist. In this fast-moving, uncertain, and precarious time period, there can be many responsibilities and problems we have to shoulder. I use various schools of therapy and techniques (person-centred, psychodynamic, transactional analysis, and CBT) that are tailored to your needs and progress. Being a British-Pakistani Muslim man who’s lived around the world, I have a unique perspective on various issues. My manner of working is empathic, curious, relational, inclusive, and intersectional.
It can be incredibly difficult to recognise the need for therapy, so thank you for taking the first step in reaching out to me. I offer in-person (Croydon and Epsom) and online modes of therapy.
