Is life feeling overwhelming? Are you tired of struggling alone? Perhaps the world feels rather scary at the moment. I would be honoured to offer a safe harbour in the storm. Special in ADHD, highly sensitive people, Perimenopause and inner critic work.
I offer a warm space for you to allow yourself to breath and feel held. I always strive to understand your unique experience and view of the world. For me, counselling is YOUR space to express, explore and make sense of your inner world in safety. How often do you allow yourself time to be this important?
My role is to offer an environment built on compassion, a non-judgemental attitude and authenticity. Here you can discover meaningful insight about yourself, move through periods of feeling stuck & develop valuable skills in order to move forward in life.
I believe the individual is the only true expert on his or herself. I feel we all have the inner resources and answers within us to lead happy and fulfilling lives. However, at times it can be hard to hear this inner wisdom and guidance through the noise of modern life, anxiety and often deep emotional pain. Get in touch and lets explore your story together.
