I specialise in supporting adults, young people and children who are experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low mood, trauma, and relationship or parenting difficulties. Many of the people I work with feel they are constantly holding everything together for others while struggling quietly themselves. I offer a comfortable environment for you to explore.
