I am here to offer a listening ear to anyone who is finding their life tough or challenging. I offer a safe space for you to talk freely about your concerns and issues. I give you the support you need to enable you to discover what is the best way forward for you, thereby giving you the best chance of a fulfilling life.
I offer person centered counselling, which means I can offer my skills to anyone who feels they need supporting through the various obstacles we all face in life. Person centered therapy can give you the tools you will need to support yourself in the future. My speciality is bereavement, but I am happy to offer my support for a variety of issues.
I have suffered from depression and anxiety, and have used person centered therapy to help with this. Although everyone's experiences are as unique as they are, my experience has given me valuable insight into what it feels like to have counselling and how daunting this can feel. Therefore, I do everything I can to make this process as easy as possible.
