Evidence-based psychotherapy in London Bridge (SE1), Marylebone (W1G) & Mayfair. I offer specialist support for individual adults with a proven record of positive outcomes. I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with extensive experience of mood related issues including anxiety, depression and low self-esteem to more complex, life-long and personality related issues. My specialist interests are in trauma, abuse, relationships and sexuality. Alongside my private practice, I am an honorary psychotherapist working in both the Trauma Unit at the Tavistock (NHS) and in the Specialist Psychotherapy Service within City & Hackney (NHS).
My background lies in the charity, education and social care sectors. Work with diversity and deprivation has enabled me to gain insight into the many factors that shape our psychological selves. I am empathic to the unique ways we suffer as individuals and, from experience, understand how this can serve new growth and wellbeing.
