Hello, I’m Mirriam, an integrative relational psychotherapist working with 16+ adults navigating relationship challenges and attachment issues, recovering from trauma or childhood wounds, experiencing life transitions and seeking clarity on their direction or exploring their authentic self and personal growth. I believe each of us carries within us the potential for growth, healing, and reconnection to our true selves. Therapy is an invitation to pause, reflect, and move through the thresholds of change that can lead to profound transformation. I’m here to help you find your way forward with insight, compassion, and grounding
I work from a relational, depth-oriented perspective, integrating psychodynamic contemporary object relations theories, humanistic therapies and integrative and holistic approaches. We examine the dynamics of your relationships, both with yourself and others, past and present, to understand how these affect your sense of self and your patterns of relating.
I believe therapy is a space for deep reflection, personal growth, and transformation. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve carried and the parts of yourself that are ready to be rediscovered or released.
