I am a Consultant Chartered Counselling Psychologist, registered with the BPS & accredited by the HCPC. With more than 26 years of experience, I bring a diverse knowledge base & toolbox of skills & strategies that I draw from; to help tailor sessions to suit my client’s personality & struggles. I deliver bespoke therapy and work at my client's pace. I have a special interest in neurodivergence (ASD & ADHD) and am an accredited assessor and offer post assessment support to individuals and their significant others.
I work integratively with adults facing emotional distress, burnout, complex trauma, neurodivergence, masking, identity strain, and relational difficulties. I also offer Theracoaching for high-capacity and neurodivergent adults whose struggles are often missed because they appear capable and coping. I offer a free 20-minute consultation by phone or MS Teams.
You may be used to coping, achieving, and holding things together, even when things feel difficult underneath. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, trauma, loss, life changes, and the emotional impact of neurodivergence. I also offer Theracoaching for high-capacity and neurodivergent individuals seeking depth, clarity, and sustainable change.
