I am an integrative Psychotherapist and can help you with your difficulties and needs to live to your full potential. At some point we all find life difficult to navigate. We may be feeling sad, anxious, anguished, stuck, angry or in despair, and this is where therapy can help us.
I offer a safe space to explore the reasons behind your difficulties, to facilitate personal growth and development. My focus is transpersonal, incorporating creatively meditations, visualisations, dreamwork and other techniques that enable us to access unknown parts of ourselves. I do home visits in the Barnet area at no added extra cost.
