I offer you a safe place to explore your emotions and the issues that trouble you and will work with you to find solutions which will improve your life. Therapy with me is about preparing to make changes. I will help you release the thoughts that trouble you, your fears and despair and help you contain those most intense feelings so we can look deeper into the reasons why you are not functioning as you would like to. We can't always change the way those around us behave, but we can change our attitude to life and to others.
I'm an Existential Psychotherapist which means I address the everyday problems we all face as human beings. You've taken the first step towards resolving what troubles you. My role is to help you realise you have within you the skills to address your fears and issues.
I've lost count of the range of issues I've worked with over the years. Yet for me every new client (or clients if you are a couple) marks the beginning of a new journey, a chance to experience the world from yet another perspective. I work with music you bring me, art and your favourite poetry or film. Life is for living.
