Hello, my name is Miranda, and I am a counsellor, registered with the BACP. My counselling approach is integrative, meaning I draw from various counselling approaches, allowing me to offer a tailor-made approach. I fully understand that for many, talking about personal difficulties for the first time can feel like a daunting experience. I provide a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to share your difficulties. I will work closely with you to help you identify areas of your life where you may feel stuck or may have developed patterns of behaviour that may not be serving you well.
My specialty is that I can tailor counselling to what you need the most. the main approaches I draw on are Person-Centred, Psychodynamic approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Existential counselling. I can provide counselling sessions face to face, online and by telephone. For further enquiries visit www.mirandabellcounselling.com
We are all on our own personal journey and have our own individual thoughts and feelings. My role as a counsellor is to walk with you on that journey, to see things from your worldview and to support you towards discovering your full potential. I believe we all possess what we need to heal and this can be achieved through the counselling relationship.
