Over the past 6 years I have also specialised in Autism & Neurodevelopment disorders, I emotionally support families, adults, parents, children & young people, from pre to post diagnosis and beyond. My counselling techniques are adapted to the individual, but are centred around empowerment, raising self-awareness, self-esteem and building confidence.
