Over the past 3 years I have worked predominantly with Autism & Neurodevelopment disorders, I emotionally support families, adults, parents, children & young people, from pre to post diagnosis and beyond. My counselling techniques are adapted to the individual, but are centred around empowerment, raising self-awareness, self-esteem and building confidence.
Quite often hurtful criticism and pain in our past has a huge negative impact on our self-esteem and confidence.
