I’m Polly — an accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor, with both BACP and COSCA.
My approach is person-centred — grounded in empathy, respect, and non-judgement. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on for you, at your pace, working towards greater clarity, resilience, and peace of mind.
I understand that reaching out can feel daunting. I aim to make the process as approachable and comfortable as possible, and to understand your experience from your perspective. My person-centred approach offers a safe space to explore your emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with who you are
I work with individual adults, couples, and children. I hold a PDA (SCQF Level 11 – Master’s level) qualification in Children and Young People , and certification in couples therapy. My specialisation is in bereavement support working with neurodiverse clients.
I’ve worked with charities supporting those affected by cancer, bereavement, and discrimination. I’ve also held roles in university counselling, lecturing, and third-sector service management.
