My focus is on helping individuals achieve a more balanced and fulfilled life; helping couples improve their relationship with their loved ones and assisting professionals and entrepreneurs in their professional development and finding a better sense of motivation in the workplace and direction in their personal lives. In addition, I work with all individuals regardless of their gender, ethnicity, religious beliefs and especially with those that identify as LGBTQ+. I can provide short-term counselling and coaching, or longer-term psychotherapy if more appropriate.
I am an integrative dual practitioner that has trained extensively in a plethora of therapeutic modalities and coaching approaches. Clients have found the ability to incorporate counselling and coaching to be effective as it enables me to provide the right level of support by using different skills which allows us to move from one mode of working to another.
