I offer a safe, non-judgemental, confidential and comfortable environment where you can talk about and creatively explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I am experienced in working with children, adolescents and their parents/carers in education and as a counsellor in the NHS. I offer a range of therapy approaches which are tailored, in consultation with clients, and include mindfulness, behavioural, cognitive and compassionate techniques to support the counselling process and the development of self care.
I also offer outdoor walking and talking therapy in natural spaces and urban parks, as being in natural surroundings is very beneficial to our health and well-being. Telephone and video sessions are also available as l understand that flexibility is important to many people. I am happy to have a phone call with you prior to making a session booking.
