We offer a client focused non-judgemental confidential counselling service with caring, experienced, CBT/ EMDR fully qualified therapists. We work with both adults and children. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, phobia, worry, OCD, addiction or trauma related problems then we can help. Maria J is a psychotherapist and a nurse with 35 years NHS/private counselling experience with adults and young people experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. Mind Journey also provides corporate counselling, occupational stress control/training for businesses and court reports for solicitors. We offer face to face and online.
CBT/ EMDR counselling accredited specialists. We are fully qualified in EMDR and CBT having completed robust counselling training requirements and supervision to achieve Post Grad Dip & Msc level. Maria J has a special interest in OCD, PTSD, children and young people as well as dealing with the traumatic effect of narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma.
