In-person or online. With over 15 years clinical experience working for many years with complex trauma & PTSD in one of the UK's largest NHS Foundation Trusts. Specialising in addictions and eating disorders. For the last 8 years, I have been in private practice and mostly working with intersectionality, ADHD, PTSD & racial trauma. I also run a monthly group to explore the intersectionality of ethnicity & gender for diverse corporate women creating a safe, welcoming space where you can explore, grow, and thrive. Many people who work with me have already tried counselling or CBT already. I provide support mostly longer term, but do have some short-term spots.
