Mind-Growth Mastery is a non-profit organisation offering therapy from qualified professionals and mature, trainee therapists. CBT aims to reduce distress by identifying and changing unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours which affect how we feel. We work collaboratively together to overcome challenges and build a life that is in line with your personal values. Integrative counselling is a talking therapy, drawing on a range of person-centered therapeutic styles. We work uniquely with each individual, helping them share in a safe, accepting environment. We aim to match the therapy to your needs and goals.
We believe therapy should be affordable. Our trainee therapists offer a low-cost service where we ask for £10 per session. We offer a free initial consultation for all clients. The low-cost service is available to over 18s, or 16 for CBT. If you have the means, or for children, we also have highly-experienced qualified therapists available.
Sometimes in life we may find ourselves feeling low, anxious, or stuck, unsure where to turn. This may be caused by an event, but sometimes we may not be sure what's causing these difficult feelings. We want to support you to explore and resolve those struggles. We have a range of Therapists and Trainees with different specialities to suit individual need.

This course will empower you to become the best version of yourself. It runs over four consecutive sessions via Zoom and is interactive and uses evidence-based materials and discussion. Get to know yourself and your strengths better, discover what is most important to you - what gives your life meaning and purpose, and set a direction for your life. Learn well researched tools to overcome stress or lack of confidence and be able to communicate well to enhance your relationships. We will practice brief mindfulness skills to improve focus, attention, self-regulation and the capacity to appreciate life.
