Hi, I am Sarah Batty, I am a BABCP accredited CBT therapist, also trained in ACT & EMDR. I will help you find better ways to deal with situations in which you struggle, with a focus on your thinking style, and the actions you take. I aim to help you develop a practical psychological tool kit, centred around your individual needs, values & personality. As such, I’m flexible in my approach to fit in with your needs. I specialise in mood disorders (anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorder). I often work with people on NHS Talking Therapy CBT waiting lists who want to get started.
Pay-as-you go 50-min sessions £90, or buy in blocks of four for £297 (saving £63 & gaining access to priority booking). Payment is due after the first appointment. Any unused sessions will be refunded.
