Sometimes things just don’t feel right. You might be struggling to work out who you are and what you want or finding it hard to cope with life’s challenges – feeling stressed, unfulfilled or stuck. Maybe you've been deeply affected by specific events and loss – perhaps the death of a loved one, relationship breakdown, redundancy or illness.
