Do you feel sad, tired or overwhelmed? Do you worry about what might happen if ...? Do you worry about what people think? Are you struggling to sleep because you cannot stop thinking? Do you want to be able to deal with everyday issues better? If you answered yes to any of those questions, let me try and help you. I promise to provide you with a warm, safe, confidential space to say what you need to say. I will listen to you. I will not judge you. I will support you and work with you whilst you try and understand you and your life. With my support, you can try out ideas to help you to cope better and be the best that you can be.

I am trained as an integrative counsellor and I use Person Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My specialist areas are bereavement and loss, and pregnancy loss, baby loss and women's health and well-being after birth. In addition, I have extensive experience with working with depression and low mood, anxiety, self-esteem and boundaries.
Admitting that you are struggling and need some support can be frightening. I understand that. However, often the scariest thing is asking for help. When you contact me, I will do my best to put you at ease and make things feel as safe as possible. You can talk and I will listen. Talking things through with a person that fits with you can be lifechanging.
