Self-doubt, worry and stress, can affect many areas of our lives and wellbeing. It may be that you doubt yourself or feel that you’re not as good as other people. Perhaps you worry what other people think about you, or put other people and commitments first, even when it is detrimental to you. You may feel stressed or overwhelmed, juggling multiple demands and trying to do everything as well as possible.
Whether you’ve felt this way for a while or more recently, therapy can help. Therapy doesn’t have to be daunting and it shouldn’t feel as if it’s being done ‘to you’. It can be transparent, positive and collaborative.
There may be a number of reasons you are feeling the way you do. Perhaps you’ve had some challenging experiences in your relationships, personal or work life, or you may have experienced a recent bereavement or loss.
