Welcome to my profile, I'm assuming things are not feeling 'ok' for you at the moment and that may have even been the case for some time now. It takes courage to reach out for support whether you feel your concern is miner or so huge you just don't know what to do about it. Maybe you have suffered a loss of some kind , had a dramatic change or event happen in your life, you may be struggling with relationship issues or low mood, low self-esteem or anxiety or you may just be finding it hard to function in everyday life. I have been a qualified Integrative Counsellor since 2007, My earliest experience Bereavement support within St Christopher's Hospice in London and in the community. Today in my private practice I work with adults short or long term, I can offer support with loss (including pregnancy & Infant loss), Trauma, stress, Relationships, Identity, Neurodiversity/ASD
My working history has always been in care, including end of life care and being a foster carer. I can offer you a safe, confidential space in which to hear your concerns, fears, frustrations or pain and work with you to find a way forward.
