Hello, I'm Michelle, a Chartered Psychologist, Integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Reflective Practitioner. My experience ranges from various issues such as bereavement/grief, trauma, domestic abuse, postnatal depression, homelessness, personality disorders, mental/physical health problems, alcohol/substances issues, or relationship/work difficulties. Together, we can make meaning of personal loss, help you to better cope with the difficulties you are facing, address any work challenges you are experiencing, or have healthier relationships. I also facilitate reflective practice as well as post-incident debriefs.
Due to my 20 experience and my qualifications, I can assist you to better understand, accept, and be compassionate towards yourself; gain insight into behaviours and patterns you may have and ways you can resolve them, reduce your stress levels, address occupational issues and improve your relationship with yourself and others.
I work from an accepting, non-judgemental and compassionate approach, as I understand that people sometimes find sharing and exploring personal experiences and problems difficult. We can have a one-off session to discuss something that has happened recently or has been worrying you or have longer weekly therapy sessions focusing on specific problems.
