Hello, I am Michelle , a qualified Person-centred counsellor. In life we can all lose our way. This can lead to anxiety, depression, confusion, low self-esteem and other negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

I work as a person centered counsellor, as such I believe in my clients ability when offered the right conditions, to find their solutions from within. Events and influence in life can make realising this difficult, which is where I would like to help.

I would like to offer a safe and supportive environment where you the client can be heard and understood without fear of judgement or bias. A space to explore your thoughts and feelings, with the aim of gaining a better understanding of yourself, in the hope of enabling you to make decisions that will positively impact your life and wellbeing.
