I work with a wide range of mental health problems experienced by adults and offer integrative therapy, tailoring evidence based treatments to your individual needs and goals in a meaningful way. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy, Schema Therapy and Bereavement Therapy.
