About
You are brave and have identified that you need some support at this very turbulent time. When a crisis hits, a future that was once clear can become confusing and scary. Life is now very complicated and can leave us with feelings of anxiety, stress and depression. These negative feelings can make life overwhelming. Sometimes it is helpful to talk to a person not directly involved in order to gain clarity and insight.
My approach draws from different talking therapies so that I can specifically tailor the way I work with you and your concerns. I offer one to one Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling operating within the BACP Framework for good practice. This is one to one in person or via zoom, FaceTime or telephone.
I provide a safe, secure and confidential setting where personal problems, thoughts and feelings can be explored. I will listen in a non-judgemental manner with empathy, understanding and acceptance, helping you to identity and explore what is troubling you. This process enables a deeper understanding and lessens the negative impact now and in the future.
