Hi I'm Michelle and firstly, I want to say well done in taking the 1st step in seeking help by searching for a counsellor, it's not an easy step to take. Society is moving at such a fast pace that we don't take that time out to get a sense of our feelings about changes occurring in our lives, or to come to terms with other issues.
