I offer a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, integrative approach, specialising in domestic abuse, trauma, anxiety, and low self-worth. I support adults and children using grounding techniques, creative tools, play therapy, and inner child work to help clients feel safe, understood, empowered, and able to move forward with confidence and healing.
