About
I aim to provide a safe and confidential environment for you to explore you thoughts, feelings and options available. My belief is that, given this, you have the resources within yourself to experience therapeutic change. It can feel good to be free of the burdens that you originally came to address.
I have extensive experience working with substance mis-use, having worked at an specialised agency for many years, in many roles from counselling to Board of Trustees. I have many years experience supporting clients suffering with anxiety and depression, life changing events, trauma, relationship problems and many other issues.
I offer a non-judgmental, supportive and caring environment, which mirrors the values I uphold myself. My practice location is located on the Herts and Essex borders with easy access from M11/A120. Free parking available. Telephone counselling is also available.
