English
| Français We all experience times when we feel isolated, misunderstood or lonely; we have the impression that we can’t function anymore in our daily life. Keeping it all inside and being unable to share our thoughts and feelings with someone for fear of being judged or criticised is not a pleasant thought. As humans, we need to talk, and we make sense of our individual circumstances and pain by processing them. I am here to support you through your difficult times.
My approach to counselling is “eclectic”, which means that I use a variety of techniques to help you make sense of your individual circumstances, and help you discover how you can use your own personal, social and material resources to cope in the future. I specialise in children (having worked in schools and colleges for 3 decades).
I am here to support you through your difficult times. Working together, we will look at the patterns of behaviour, thoughts and feelings which are causing your problems. We may look at your family relationships and history, at who influenced you the most in your childhood to help you understand how you function as a person and to develop your self-awareness
