About
Hello, Everyone can benefit from counselling. Talking to someone who will really listen without judging, in a safe confidential environment can often help us see things more clearly. Making connections between why we do things can help us find other ways round life issues. Going for counselling can seem like a big step, I offer a warm, friendly welcome to put you at your ease from the start. I work with all kinds of life issues, anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, anger, relationship, low self worth, domestic abuse and more. Couples counselling helps couples address their communication skills and patterns of relating
One area I have a lot of experience with is clients experiencing or recovering from domestic abuse or relationship issues. I can help support you in regaining self esteem, self confidence and self worth. I have supported both male and female clients whilst they rediscover who they are. I understand how difficult it is to leave these relationships.
I have a private counselling room set in a tranquil, countryside location with plenty of parking. I offer 1-1 talking therapy, couples and creative therapy if you would like to give it a try. Why not contact me today to see how I can help you. I have an enhanced DBS, am insured etc. To find out more, please contact me or see my website for details
