I work with all kinds of life issues, anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, anger, relationship, low self worth, domestic abuse and more.Everyone can benefit from counselling. One area I have a lot of experience with is clients experiencing or recovering from domestic abuse or relationship issues. I can help support you in regaining self esteem, self confidence and self worth. I have supported both male and female clients whilst they rediscover who they are.
I have a private counselling room, with driveway parking. I offer 1-1 talking therapy, couples and creative therapy if you would like to give it a try.
