A warm welcome - I work with adults who are looking for long or short term therapy. If you find yourself feeling lost, confused, like something just isn't right, or something is missing, or you feel isolated, lonely or have low mood, then please get in touch with me. With a kind, patient, empathic, encouraging and non-judgemental approach, I offer a confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, relationships, feelings and emotions. I came to psychotherapy because of my own personal exploration, I empathise with how it feels to begin this process. I am able to offer support to any individual of 18 years and over.
I understand that the idea of spending time with a stranger and telling them about life’s challenges, worries and fears, can feel daunting. I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to discuss what is bringing you to therapy and how I may help.
