Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile. I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited Counsellor, Supervisor and Coach, offering Counselling, CBT, Coaching and Mentoring.
I work with a diverse range of difficulties, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship, school or work-place difficulties, low self-esteem, over-whelm, burn-out, PTSD, OCD, bullying, gender identity, neurodivergence, self-harm, phobias and addictions.
I am a Trauma Informed therapist and offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to help promote growth and change, helping you move forwards positively and confidently.
I can work with most issues, and will help you to unravel what is disturbing you, Together we would work collaboratively towards your aims and goals for therapy.
I am a trauma informed therapist, and have supported many people impacted by sexual offences, other traumas and PTSD, having worked in this area for over 10 years.
