Hi, I’m Michaela, a qualified i, I am trained in different therapeutic techniques and modalities. I am an individual member of the BACP. I offer online and telephone sessions for anyone in the UK, as well as face-to-face in the Redditch area. I work with adults, children and young people, with children and young people in work in a creative way. Difficult emotions, anger or low self esteem. They can help you explore your feelings, acknowledge them and accept them. They can also support you to find your own way to cope.
