Great, you have already taken the first steps for you. I am not the expert on you, you are. I am here to support and explore with you what you maybe finding difficult or just not feeling Ok. This may be in your relationships, in your physical body or you are finding both these things are overwhelming sometimes. Together we can wonder, ponder and educate ourselves and understand, why? Then we can make a strategy and build on your already available resilience (you are here remember), and improve this together. This maybe just a few sessions, sometimes just one or a little longer if you need this.
I am client centred and client led, although I am no fool, once we have established our relationship, we can talk through and discuss any issue, nothing is off limits. My approach is open and honest, judgements have no place in my practice. Although sometimes I may ask you to reflect on issues but with the same openness and honesty.
I will support you to be a little bit braver? I have many well practiced interventions, CBT for anxiety and panic. Person centred approach to recurrent depression and long term conditions such as fibromyalgia. Mindfulness to help settle your mind, including OCD and childhood difficulties. Masses of creative approaches I use with young people and grown-ups.
